Inspired by Episode 2 of The GILY Pod — where Mere shared her revelation that she can host herself the way she so often hosts others — this series invites you to do the same.
As the holidays approach, with their swirl of expectations and emotional, mental, and physical load, we realized: she’s not the only one who needs that reminder. This year, we’re doing it differently — and we thought you might want to join us.
Come gather for four lunch-break mini retreats — one-hour online circles on Zoom — where Meredith and Devany offer teaching, somatic practice, and community care to help you host yourself with the same compassion you offer others.
Each mini retreat includes:
Teaching + Practical Support from Meredith & Devany on the week’s theme
A Somatic Practice to carry with you through the week
Group Reflection + Processing in community
✨ As a bonus — we’ll end each mini retreat with a group “Whoop + Poop,” our irreverent little ritual for naming what lit us up and what fell flat during the week. Sharing what we love and what we don’t reminds us we’re human, growing, and in good company.
💻 If you purchase the full series of four, you’ll also receive access to the video teaching portion to revisit anytime. We won’t record the group sharing in order to create a closed container that honors your privacy.
